Our program and it's coaches are committed to the highest available instruction specifically tuned toward the individual. As you consider each of the testimonials below, keep in mind that we offer each of these unique benefits and many more while still remaining equally competitive with the large, onerous clubs.

You're not just a number

You will not become "lost in the crowd."First and foremost, Wheat Ridge is not looking to become the largest club. In fact, Our club is intentionally structured to put each team, it's members, and families first; Such that our incentives lay within the players and their families. Simply stated, our primary focus is on player development. All of our administrative and management personnel are strictly voluntary so that there is not any risk of a team or player becoming a "fund feeder" for directors, administrators, or elite teams. One of the many fantastic collateral artifacts of our design is that we keep member costs and dues very low.

The tremendous VALUE

Our coaches are the only paid professionals within the organization. You are not paying for a physical office or even it's staff. You're not paying for an executive or director and then never seeing them. You're not paying an owner or CEO. Nor are you paying for a corpulent administration. We do however, have these resources to meet all of your needs. Once again, we're brimming with passionate volunteers, from our Board of Directors down to each team's treasurer. Because our overhead is very low, members are not burdened with the financial requirements of large clubs. This translates to your resources becoming centered upon your team and it's directives rather than being siphoned to a large corporate entity. You'll literally get thousands of dollars worth of coaching for a few hundred!

Everyone has a voice

It is truly "your team." Each team, it's coach, manager, players, and families control their own destiny. But you're not just left out in the dark, either. Along with the director of coaching and administration, each team head coach will evaluate your team and it's players to offer suggestions based upon the team and player aspirations. You really do have a voice in your own direction as well as your club's direction.

Coaches coach by choice

Our coaches are not confined by any contract restrictions or requirements, or any other obligations. Not being beholden to the Club Administiration our coaches are truly there for the love of the game and to impart their knowledge to you. Each team organizes the contract with the coach rather than having that "general fund" expense imposed upon them.
