November 26, 2008---League rosters frozen for purposes of determining 51% of returning teams
December 12, 2008--- High School Boys (U15-U18) Only - Team Spreadsheet Form, Team Registration Fee, Referee Fees DUE BY 6:00 PM
December 20-January 5, 2009--- CYS Office Closed
January 9, 2009--- U11 – U14 Boys and Girls Only - Team Spreadsheet Form, Team Registration Fee (new teams only), Referee Fees DUE BY 6:00 PM
January 14--- Notify Registrars of Preliminary League Alignment
January 20--- Deadline for Teams to Appeal League Placement DUE BY 6:00 PM
January 22--- LOC meets on alignment appeals.
January 24--- CYS Committee Workshops and CYS Awards Dinner
January 25--- CYS Annual General Meeting
January 27--- Notify Registrars of Final League Alignment
February 1--- Deadline for teams to withdraw from state league without being assessed the $2000.00 bond fee. Transfers will be counted against teams beginning on this date.
February 20--- Schedules posted
February 27--- State Cup Registration and Fees for U14-U18 Boys and U19 Boys and Girls teams due: Registration form available on the web at www.coyouthsoccer.org DUE BY 6:00 PM…NO EXCEPTIONS!!
March 7--- Start of State League
March 7,14,15,21 State League Games
March 26--- State Cup Rosters Frozen at 2:00pm
April 4,18,25,26 State League Games (no league games April 11 due to State Cup)
April 5,11,19,25,26 State Cup Preliminary Games
April 9, 12 ,26 State League Games (no league games April 5 due to State Cup)
May 2,9,16,17 State League Games
May 3--- State Cup Quarter Finals
May 10--- State Cup Semi Finals
May 17--- Last Regularly Scheduled League Games (except those flights requiring 13 weeks)
May 17--- State Cup Finals
May 31--- Last day to Play & Report League make-up games (by midnight)
