May 9 League rosters frozen for purposes of determining 51% of returning teams (11 players for teams switching club affiliation).
June 3 Team Registrations and Registration Fees DUE BY 6:00 PM
June 11 League Operations Committee Meeting
June 12 Notify Registrars of Preliminary League Alignment (by 6:00 PM)
June 16-22 Far West Regionals (Honolulu, Hawaii)
June 19 Deadline for Teams to Appeal League Placement DUE BY 6:00 PM
June 26 LOC meets on alignment appeals.
June 27 Notify Registrars of Final League Alignment (by 6:00 PM)
July 1 Deadline for teams to withdraw from state league without being assessed the
$2000.00 bond fee.
July 4 CYS Office Closed
July 11 Referee Fees and Team Online Registrations DUE BY 6:00 PM
Clubs MUST have at least one (1) coach and eleven (11) players registered online to each competitive team!
July 14-18 CYS Office Closed for processing of team registrations.
July 25 State Cup Applications and Fees (U12 - U18 Girls and U12 - U13 Boys) DUE BY 6:00 PM - NO EXCEPTIONS!
August 1 Transfers will be counted against teams beginning on this date.
All releases will require a signed release form as of this date.
August 8 State League Schedules posted to CYS website (by midnight).
August 21 State Cup Rosters Frozen (2:00 PM)
August 23-24 Start of State League – double weekend
