    Jen Progar, a Colorado native, grew up in Golden playing soccer with Table Mountain Soccer Association. At age 9, she began playing competitively with Littleton United, formally the Littleton Bombers under the instruction of Dwayne Van Fleet. She played varsity soccer for Peter Melbach all four years at Chatfield Senior High School and then when on to play at the Division II level for the University of Denver from 1993-1997. In 2000, she was asked to play in the Pacific Coast Women’s League with Athletes in Action and competively competed against teams from British Columbia, North Western United States and various parts of Ireland. She has coached for various clubs around the Denver Metro area since 1995 and she currently holds an USSF “D” license and a NSCAA Regional Diploma Certificate
